Gin Safari with Andy Hamilton

Andy Hamilton's gin safari

Sitting down on a gin safari

Andy Hamilton’s Gin Safari’s,  are a little different than most gin events as you actually get to make you own gin from plants that you pick.  What’s more,  you leave with the knowledge of how to repeat it at home. This means you can make your own gin for Christmas, birthday’s, the dog’s birthday, heck you could even just celebrate the fact that you have made it to another Friday!

NEXT Gin safari, BRISTOL, 16th SEPTEMBER, book here

The Gin safari is a workshop with a party atmosphere and even an element of competition! A real mix of people enjoy the experience and due to the nature of the event, many leave with new friendships formed.

I have found that most people don’t really know what to expect when they arrive, but all leave quite merry and full of enthusiasm about gin. I’m always reluctant to go into too much detail as each event is slightly different. However, if you are worried about how generous I will be with the booze, what I will say is that you really shouldn’t drive to the venue and you will be way over the limit.

If you want to hear my voice and get an idea of who I am before you book have a look here where I chatted to Shelia Dillion BBC Radio 4’s Food Programme.

Upcoming Gin Safari’s

One last event this year on  from 6pm to 8.30pm and it is only £45 per person, it’s to help celebrate the new cafe at Windmill Hill City Farm!   – book here
